Custom motor controllers

Tailor-made and optimized drivers to meet the customer’s specific performance needs and reach increasingly advanced levels in terms of space optimization, cost savings, reduction of assembly and maintenance times, system versatility, sustainability and stream-lining of the supply chain.

Integrated units, complete with lighting system and drivers

Illuminators, used for visual inspection, are usually controlled by a driver; if a system uses many illuminators, the same number of drivers will be present on the machine. AV Electronics’ smart illuminators are the result of a redesign process aimed at drastically reducing overall dimensions and costs due to the number of components and their wiring: both the camera connector and the input connector are integrated on the illuminator, thus creating a plug-in and intelligent component capable of communicating bidirectionally with cameras.

Compact, high-performance sensors

Sensors with Field-Programmable Gate Array for various applications, such as X-ray and infrared detection.

AV Electronics is able to both design the customized, complete sensor for your system and create boards dedicated to the management of third-party sensors, with data acquisition, storage, communication with centralized servers or databases, guaranteeing in both cases efficiency, low consumption and total flexibility in hardware and software integration.

Programming and integration

A team of developers dedicated to programming ad hoc software for the project and integrating it
with the system. Long experience in creating personalized and user-friendly interfaces, to speed
up and streamline the work of line operators, enhanced by the support of Artificial Intelligence and
Deep Learning.
